✏️ DESIGN PREVIEWS (Mockups)
A mockup is included with your purchase and will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being placed for your approval. Once the design is approved, I will begin painting and packaging your banner for shipment.
⏰ PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Hand-painting takes about 7-10 business days before shipping.
Standard shipping typically adds 3–5 days.

All banners ship carefully rolled inside a protective tube. Please lay out your banner when you receive it so that it can relax before being hung for your event.
💌 RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Because each banner is made to order and painted by hand, I cannot offer refunds or replacements for items received as ordered.
Please note that kraft paper naturally includes small color variations, specks, or fibers — these are part of its charm.
If your banner arrives damaged or incorrect, please message me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

Banners do not include hanging hardware, but can include silver/gold grommets or nano tape at your request for no additional charge!
